Three details worth putting in your message

   Windows and screens, cedar shingles, stucco, the roof, a patio or driveway, gutters, or furniture to wrap. A short list is enough, and it lets us price each one clearly.

   Say roughly where the house is

   A town or neighborhood is plenty. We work across the Hamptons and the East End of Long Island, and the area tells us what the weather has been doing to the place.

   Tell us your timing

   Many families book windows twice a year, in spring and fall. Oceanfront homes often book more often against salt spray, and shrink wrapping is done at the end of the season. Mention the time that suits you.
